The Todd Weiner Gallery is proud to present new works by Jim Sajovic, in the exhibition: Hix Fragments & (pash’n). Hix Fragments continue a series of paintings that focus on some of the private and unsettling thoughts, fears, and aspirations that make up the private, and often unspoken, reality of consciousness . Sajovic’s (pash’n) paintings speak to a desperate and all-consuming impulse to possess and devour. Lush color and surface effects vibrate in images that throb with a vitality that is both enchanting and seductive.
Todd Weiner Gallery invites you to taste and savor these sensuous paintings: Jim Sajovic’s Hix Fragments & (pash’n).
Hix Fragments & (pash’n) will be on view at Todd Weiner Gallery November 1st-December 2nd 2013. An opening reception will be held from 5-10 PM, First Friday, November 1st , at 115 West 18th St Kansas City, MO 64108. Gallery Hours Wednesday through Friday 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturdays 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
